Meal log for Sunday June 20, 2021:

Breakfast

  • Zucchini and mushroom saute.
  • Two thin slices of plain boule topped with butter and some apricot jam.
  • Two slices of a ratatouille boule.
  • Cappuccino made with soy milk.

Lunch

  • Opted for intermittent fasting.

POST-CYCLING

  • Chocolate and peanut butter granola bar.

Dinner

  • Nasi Goreng with a small salad of mini tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado.

Overall, a healthy meal day and one I am pretty happy about.
