Meal log for Sunday June 20, 2021:
Breakfast
- Zucchini and mushroom saute.
- Two thin slices of plain boule topped with butter and some apricot jam.
- Two slices of a ratatouille boule.
- Cappuccino made with soy milk.
Lunch
- Opted for intermittent fasting.
POST-CYCLING
- Chocolate and peanut butter granola bar.
Dinner
- Nasi Goreng with a small salad of mini tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado.
Overall, a healthy meal day and one I am pretty happy about.
