Meal log for Saturday July 17, 2021:
BREAKFAST
- Mixed salad of broccoli, mini tomatoes, avocado, and hard boiled egg mixed with a Japanese mayonnaise based dressing
- Two pieces of rye bread
- One quarter of a round cheese bread.
- Cappuccino made with soy milk.
LUNCH
- Mixed bread.
DINNER
- Hiyashi Chuka aka cold ramen, topped with sliced omelette, mini tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and cold chicken breast.
- One glass of red wine.
Nothing overly exciting to report today other than, for the most part, today should be a decent day. It would have been better had I actually rode, likely resulting in a calorie deficit, but you cannot win them all.
