Meal log for Monday July 19, 2021:
BREAKFAST
- Bowl of kiwi mixed with soy yogurt and granola, topped with honey.
- Cappuccino made with soy milk.
LUNCH
- Carls Jr. hamburger.
- Crisscut french fries.
DINNER
- Homemade sweet and sour chicken.
- Small ochawan of rice.
Lunch was definitely not the most healthy meal. Since I was a good boy over the weekend I felt it was okay to partake in some junky food today. Sometimes you just gotta do it. Looking at the meals a bit more holistically, nutrition was not bad. Definitely no calorie deficit but could have been much worse.
