This morning I was super hyped to ride, but unfortunately I have been inundated with meetings since the latter two days of the week are national holidays. Despite easily awaking at 4am, I was unable to get out for a ride with my buddy Red Chameleon thanks to work meetings.
One of the perils of being part of a global team is having to deal with late nights and early morning to speak with US east coast-based colleagues. It is now 7pm and I have essentially been on meetings since 4:30am this morning, with barely any time for substantial breaks. In fact, I still have a few more meetings before my day will finally end at around 10pm.
Long story short, no cycling today. I will get out on the tarmac tomorrow and am really looking forward to getting in a nice ride!
