PRE-CYCLING
- Granola bar.
- 750ml water.
BREAKFAST
- Bowl of peaches mixed with soy yogurt and granola, topped with honey.
- Cappuccino made with soy milk.
LUNCH
- Corn dog.
- Cold udon noodles with a soft-boiled egg in cold dashi.
DINNER
- Thai green curry.
- Thai gapao rice.
Nothing overly exciting, nothing extravagant, just another day in the office with little time for large meals.
