Meal log for Thursday July 22, 2021:
PRE-CYCLING
- Granola bar.
- 750ml water.
BREAKFAST
- Sauteed Japanese mustard greens and onions.
- Oatmeal pancakes topped with butter and maple syrup.
- Cappuccino made with soy milk.
LUNCH
- No real lunch per se, just ate some gourmet popcorn.
DINNER
- Japanese curry with white rice.
Nothing special today, either good or bad. I feel as if today was a more nutritious day, and likely one resulting in a calorie deficit. There is still a lot of work to do to decrease the belly size, so days with a calorie deficit are the best.
