Meal log for Thursday July 22, 2021:

PRE-CYCLING

  • Granola bar.
  • 750ml water.

BREAKFAST

  • Sauteed Japanese mustard greens and onions.
  • Oatmeal pancakes topped with butter and maple syrup.
  • Cappuccino made with soy milk.

LUNCH

  • No real lunch per se, just ate some gourmet popcorn.

DINNER

  • Japanese curry with white rice.

Nothing special today, either good or bad. I feel as if today was a more nutritious day, and likely one resulting in a calorie deficit. There is still a lot of work to do to decrease the belly size, so days with a calorie deficit are the best.
