Meal log for Friday June 18, 2021:
Breakfast
- Prior to cycling 50k, overnight oats with some raisins, a drop of maple syrup, and a dollop of apricot jam.
- Mousse foam latte (iced) from Starbucks, along with a red bean and butter sandwich.
- Cut pineapple & figs mixed with soy yogurt, and a small amount of Love Crunch Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter granola.
- Iced cappuccino with soy milk.
Lunch
- Conducted a post-fasting experiment: eat McDonalds and see if the change in how food tastes affected McDonalds. Narrator: it did.
- McDonalds Big Mac Value Meal w/large fries, sprite, and spicy chicken McNuggets, chocolate shake, and a hot apple and custard pie 🤮
Dinner
- Due to far too much crap for lunch, I opted out of dinner and instead did the whole intermittent fasting thing instead.
Pretty piss poor eating habits today. Luckily it is officially a weekend day, so I am allowed a bit of guilty pleasure. Although, it is generous to say McDonalds was a pleasure to eat, because it was anything but …
