Meal log for Friday July 23, 2021:
BREAKFAST
- Hot oatmeal topped with cinnamon and a hint of maple syrup.
- Bowl of pineapple and banana mixed with soy yogurt and granola, topped with honey.
- Cappuccino made with soy milk.
LUNCH
- Intermittent fasting.
DINNER
- Stir-fried pork and vegetables.
- Small ochawan of rice.
Boring but healthy meal day. Worked out well since I did not get out to ride. Tomorrow I am riding for sure, so hopefully the dinner was enough fuel for the long route planned for Saturday morning.
