After a year consumed by work and travel, I reclaimed my commitment to cycling in January 2025. Logging 760 kilometers across 21 indoor rides on Rouvy, I have ridden through virtual landscapes worldwide. With discipline and focus, I aim to drop weight and regain both physical and mental strength.

As I wrote on Monday, I went camping for a few days to unplug from the grid and do a sorta digital detox. All too often in this new work-from-home normal we are faced with mounting pressure to work, often failing to consider our own mental well being. That was the primary point of the trip.
