Meal Log: Mon Jun 28, 2021

Meal log for Monday June 28, 2021:

PRE-CYCLING

  • Small bowl of steel cut oats with a hint of maple syrup.
  • Three small dates.
  • 750ml water.

POST-CYCLING

  • 300ml chocolate protein shake mixed with HMB and almond milk.

BREAKFAST

  • Small bowl of steel cut oats with a hint of maple syrup.
  • Bowl of pineapple, yoghurt, and granola topped with honey.
  • Cappuccino made with soy milk.

LUNCH

  • Opted for intermittent fasting.

DINNER

  • Stir fried spicy eggplant, tofu, onion, and garlic.
  • Sesame flavored soup with seaweed and mushrooms.
  • Avocado and tomato topped with salt & pepper, and a light drizzle of Japanese mayonnaise.

Completely unplanned, it turns out today was a vegetarian day, and as such extremely healthy. I was being extremely conscious not to consume anything sweet or sugary, and to hold back any desire for such unnecessary items. It worked out well because I feel really good after eating dinner, with no signs of bloating or being overly full. Best way to end a day!
