Meal Log: Fri Jun 25, 2021

Meal log for Friday June 25, 2021:

BREAKFAST

  • Bowl of steel cut oatmeal with figs, topped with cinnamon and maple syrup.
  • Bowl of yogurt mixed with pineapple and Love Crunch granola, topped with honey.
  • Two unsweetened, homemade cumin cookies.
  • Cappuccino made with soy milk.

LUNCH

  • Opted for intermittent fasting.

DINNER

  • Shoyu-koji marinated chicken breast stir fried with maitake mushrooms and bok chok.
  • Konyaku “sashimi”.
  • Small bowl of mixed rice.
  • One glass of white wine.

I have zero complaints about my diet for today. Considering I was unable to get out on the tarmac to ride this morning, this was the perfect type of meals to eat on a less-than-vigorous movement kinda day.
